Rant: "Metro Accessible"

I don't mind taking the metro, not at all. We all have to take the metro work, avoid driving to downtown, and everything else.

I have decided I am not going to take the metro no more for seeing providers. If she does stay downtown, then I'm gonna wait after 9-10PM and will drive to her, I'll wait till traffic clears and better parking spaces.

After a session, I feel good, not wanting to have to bother with no1. This always bothers me after my session and I have to hop on the metro again: there is always some dude asking me for money, there r always some dude singing out loud an annoying song, another dude playing his music too loud like he is the only one there, then some hoodlums come in, and more crazy people aboard. The biggest thing for me is, there is always 1 dude that will constantly look at you straight in the face like he has serious mental issues. Yeah, that can kill the ride back home.

I won't even bother taking the bus. Now, if she is "metro accessible", I'll wait for a good time to drive to her place. Or, I'll just drive up there in the congested lanes and pay the $20+ parking fee. I just had it with the metro, and I don't usually take the metro. Again, I don't mind taking the metro, its just way too many crazy people for comfort level.

Especially compared to what you describe. But I do get sick & tired of broken escalators...track repairs..  delays..closed stations etc..  It is simply a poorly managed system. They ought to contract with NYC to overhaul the whole damn thing . It is amazing how well the NY subway operates and how badly a much smaller and newer system functions.
