Everyone likes things different and the only common denominator I've found is that proper lubrication is the key.  

I slobber as much as I can muster up (and use lube if needed) and get to work based on how the guy is responding.. usually I start slow and if that's really doing the job, I keep it that way - slow and sensual with some attention to the balls.
