profile removed or were kicked off TER by admin for some sort of rule breaking.  One of the most beautiful (centerfold material) and hot (beyond hot) providers ever was kicked off because she was accused of breaking a rule, which she denies.  She changed her name, got reviews and is back on TER.  I guess that is the only way back.
