That is possible I suppose but those sort of caveats usually come into play after the fact when there is some sort of legal action pending.
They then claim the contract is null and void due to this shocking breach of contract conditions about which they were completely ignorant. Sort of like Sargent Scultz on McCales Navy telling Col Klink.."I know nothing...nothing about this"

Also I dont think DMVIndys was advocating anything illegal in their ads as
escorting is of course a legal occupation.

"As a condition of your use of the Neutron Digital Media Web Site, you warrant to Neutron Digital Media that you will not use the Neutron Digital Media Web Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices."

It's possible that they consider escort services to be unlawful and took the site down for a TOS violation.
