Back in the day Bluegems was strictly non FS and the girls were super cool and hot as hell! Wish there was someplace like that around now....seems like these places are just brothels now where FS is usually on the menu. Of course that's cool, but there was something about the limited menu and super gorgeous women that was special.

I think those are the only four. All in Tysons. Not anywhere else. I have gotten FS at all except Eden Models. I think that is the place where girls are most apt to follow the "rules"
I think you are making over-generalizations. FS was available at BG in the past, with the right women at the right time. I don't think they are now brothels. Menus are flexible now, just was they were previously. Eden seems to have the most limited menus.
The one pattern I do see is that the women used to be hot young college students, but are now older and not as attractive as 10 or so years ago. The one thing that really applies is YMMV. If you build a connection with a PV woman, you have have lots of fun, whether it's FS or not.
Depending on the girl and her level of comfort with you, FS can be anywhere from a sure thing to unlikely to virtually impossible. Private viewing is the ultimate in your mileage may vary (YMMV), and there are no "set prices" for anything beyond the standard rates per agency which will get you a rubdown with lotion or oil and a manual release.
Anything beyond that it up to her and what she feels like doing with you, and how much she feels like charging you, which might be more or less than she felt like charging someone else.
