Is China more becoming more progressive than us?

Wow. Can't imagine this type of public debate in our country in the state of repression we have now. Hope to live long enough to see the day that we can discuss whether or not such things should be legal in the US.

BTW - under the progressive definition, Bill Clinton did indeed NOT have sex with that woman!

The "barber shops" are fairly prevalent and its not just a haircut or happy ending, but the whole enchilada (and dirt cheap I might add).  I've found just the opposite that the MPs are pretty lackluster (the 'real' ones).

Some good times in China.

That being said, Nevada still has legal prostitution and plenty of action with CG (casino girls) in Vegas as well as a lot of independents - but fairly spend for what you get

I think they should stay at least a week IMHO.  This is from one client's perspective.  Weekends aren't that good for me, and much prefer the weekday.  When a provider flies in on a Thursday for the weekend, they usually don't take clients that day because of possible travel issues - and also want to get settled-in, leaving just Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Then the book up fast (good for them, though, as they keep busy without racking up costs (hotel, food, and other expenses).

Just my .02 cents, but I'm not the one running a business.

The first time I went to China, I was surprised how out in the open prostitution was. Even in a high-end hotel, you might see lots of working girls (e.g., hanging out in the hotel bar). I have also seen women offering their services on the side of the highway. You tend not to get propositioned there, but the girls get across what is on offer through dress and other signs.

On the other hand, it is every bit as illegal as in the U.S. (Nevada aside), and the laws are pretty harsh. When they are in the mood to enforce the laws, I have read that the women can be sent to something like re-education prisons. I am not sure what they would do to a foreign client if they felt like prosecuting, but I wouldn't want to find out.
