Where can I discreetly buy HIV Prep and the HPV Vaccine? Ideally I can walk into a reputable place and pay cash without giving any information, but i understand that’s not the world we live in.

I don’t know about that but if you are concerned with a significant other finding out HIPAA requires medical professionals keeping your info confidential; you have to explicitly give permission for a wife to have access to any of your info, including that you were seen.

I’d consider an out of (your) town clinic where you pay cash and you should be fine, if that’s your concern.

That’s precisely my concern. I don’t want them using my insurance or for them to mail anything to my house or contact me in anyway.

Have you looked into mistr for prep? They are online and ship. If they ship usps you can try getting a private po box or a temp po locker.

HPV vaccine is harder. You can get it at any CVS. Other pharmacies likely have it too.

These are all good responses. Thank you because I didn’t know where to start. Hopefully this helps someone else as well

You can also get the vax's at the Planned Parenthood on 4th St. NE (and probably others as well), They accept cash (or at least they did a couple of years ago).

Don't forget the hepatitis vaccines and the doxy prep!

This - these interventions are all by prescription/physician order and thus cannot be provided anonymously. That said, HIPAA protects you from that information being shared *unless* it is processed through health insurance - but it should be possible to pay cash anywhere and avoid that. The other concern for OP would be if he were to seek these through his primary care doctor and he has his wife listed as someone with whom his healthcare information can be shared.

The other concern is when they send it to your usual pharmacy to fill the script and your SO gets a text message saying to pick up the Rx.
