That is 100% photos from her IG.  There is a specific photo on her IG that is EXACTLY the one posted on Elite (white top, blue jeans, black belt.  

No way that's her at that rate. I would be shocked. Elite may not know. Another local agency had the same problem....escorts sending in fake pics.

That's right, most of the agencies that represent visiting girls are simply using the pics that were provided by the girl they are promoting.  I think the girls are like independent contractors and provide their links for reviews, pics, etc and the agency does the local promoting

well that's pretty lame that the agency wouldn't even verify if the photos are the same girl that is now working for them...

A similar agency went through the same thing and provided a statement apologizing and a promise to do better. I think elite is high traffic enough they may not care? But I agree.
