I can personally vouch for the agency in question. Personally, i think this sounds more like a case of the provider not being well versed and saying more than most people are used to. However, I can understand anyone who prefers to be better safe than sorry. Case closed for me.

I believe the board rules do not allow me to mention specific agencies or providers on the discussion forums.  If that is incorrect please advise.  I'm okay with answering PM's.  I've been keeping a close eye on my inbox the last couple of days.  I used to work in the media and value the exchange of information.
