Is there a reason most girls choose Dupont as the place for incalls? Why not metro center or gallery place? It's great being near DC where so many girls tour, but getting into Dupont always takes at least an hour on the metro on its own for me. Taking a cab or driving isn't much faster either. Just wondering what the logic behind its popularity is. I usually prefer Tyson's if possible (even with the dreaded 495 traffic sometimes).

It probably has more to do with brand recognition than anything else, but everything from K street to Friendship Heights now gets billed as "Dupont".

I just take it to mean "Downtown". From a practical perspective, it does not make much of a difference, does it? To me it's a few dollars on the cab meter.

It takes a lot to get me stressed, just not in my nature.  That said, driving to Dupont always has me stressed out by the time I get to her hotel.  Just not the way I want to be when I arrive.  

My last two dates there were cab and then driving.  I am going back to cab and just accepting as part of the cost of hobbying.

Crystal City and Pentagon City seem under-used to me, much more reasonable rates than Dupont, tons of professional men with discretionary income, and metro stops at both.

Yes I am biased, but seriously it seems like these areas would get more love.

Visiting escorts know that a location downtown offers the best odds for attracting clients from VA, MD, and DC.  A high percentage of upscale business hotels are in or near Dupont.  It's no mystery why escorts choose to stay here ...
