I am not sure if I am the only one who thinks this way but I really don't get the fake lip jobs.  Somehow women who get this done think it looks sexy but it never looks realistic and I think ruins the face.  Would rather have natural smaller lips as opposed to the fake fillers that look ridiculous and feel horrible.  Also the pouty profile pics.  Don't get it

Yup. A little lipstick on those fillers and it's instant clown face. I think it can be done well but like with all the oversized boobs they just can't resist going too big & unnatural.

It is not attractive in the slightest. I think it's one of those things that women are self conscious about that literally no man cares about. Are big natural DSLs attractive? Sure but I would take your regular lips over filler lips any day of the week.

I've been following a high end Vegas model that I had on my bucket list. Her perfect all natural look (B+/C- cup) was what made me want to spend 1000 at least once. Just got MM Ds. Value just tanked significantly in my eyes. Why screw w/ perfection? MMs are for those w/ droopies.

Agreed!! Brazil is infatuated with cosmetic surgery. For whatever reason, their men seem to like everything enhanced... They can have it! I think our sensibilities (for lack of a better word) will prevent that from happening here.
 
I missed out on a lot of highly regarded pussy early on because I wouldn't book a girl with MM boobs. Out of necessity, that didn't last long. Fucking Asians changed my mind real quick. LOL. I had never seen so many fake boobs as with the K-girls. Then it spread to the C-girls, but theirs were mostly done on the cheep and it looked like it (ironically, my ATF's MMs are pretty whacked).  
 
But I've only seen one real tragedy: a very pretty K-girl who, when I met her, only did AMP happy endings. One of her breasts was a PERFECT 36E or F, with the perfect amount of droop, and her naturally perfect areola/nipples. The other breast was, in a word, missing. The areola was there, but that was it.  
 
I got to know her well but never got comfortable with the idea of asking her if it was a botched job or a mastectomy for which she couldn't afford reconstruction. I didn't even know it was gone until my second visit, that's how good she had become at hiding it with her lusciously thick hair, the way she stood, and the way she would prevent an errant grab. Haha.
 
Now when they're done well, I love the appearance enough to just go with it. There are some that even *feel* close to natural, but not many.

Korean gals have various kind of facial surgery (lips, eyelids, nose), often as teenagers. Apparently, this is a popular high school graduation gift from parents. There is a lot of cosmetic surgery in Korea -- including for visitors from abroad -- and the surgeons tend to do a good job given the amount of experience they have and the extent of competition.

The best filler jobs are the ones where you cannot even tell that they've had anything done unless you see a before and after picture. I prefer all natural all around but won't kick an overall attractive woman out of bed simply because she's  had lots of enhancements either; the most common ones I see are boobs and butts from the Latinas - my favs. The surgery that is really unattractive is the one where they give themselves pronounce/high cheek bones. The barbie doll look looks absolutely ridiculous.
