I could begin a thread about things I wish ladies would do to improve service, but I will save that for another day.

Right now I am more concerned about focusing on the deficiencies of clients.  Ladies what are some of your biggest complaints/concerns about DC gents?  Help us help you!  All of us should have the goal of making DC as safe and upscale as possible!

How about if _blender_ concentrates on himself and not worry about the rest of DC.

And why in the hell are you focusing on deficiencies of other men? That's strange, really strange.

If you are not aware, hobbyists and the hobby in general have a reputation of being filled with deficient predatory males.  Who have abuse as their only goal.

I think at some point we can change this image.  We must always remember that we all are human beings.  This lifestyle does not need to be a horrible experience.

I used to hobby much differently when I got started in 2002 at the age of 22.  

11 Yrs later, I have changed a lot. Became more professional, respectful of someone's time and overall more mature.

We can only focus on our own deficiencies, and apply the principle of Kaizen - Continuous Improvement.  

Who cares about every other johnnie boy in the world? Not enough time, energy or interest.

The goal here is to ask ladies about the biggest problems they face with clients.

In many cases we simply do not know, therefore we operate in ignorance.

The goal here is to get a collection of best practices to follow.  All change starts with genuine discussion.

I have been hobbying for last 11 yrs and the basics haven't changed..

No over staying time
Recognizing limits and not forcing ladies to do things they aren't comfortable

These are good common sense rules, but there are reasons why many women hate this business and I am trying to dig deeper.  If a similar discussion exists please provide a link.  But I have looked and none are addressing the real issues.

For instance.  Photos, do ladies prefer to see photos ahead of agreeing to a date.  Tip policies?  I saw a lady recently who very much appreciates tips, although when I started it was considered unnecessary.

Concerning the provider board, it is for providers, clients do not get the input they need to improve.

There is a reason why so many providers dream of retirement day, and speak of shame and disgrace once out of the business.  I am imagining a better system

True, but clients should see the responses so they can learn for the next appointment.

The providers have their own ways of dealing with the poorest element of their profession. Perhaps because you are still a newbie you are unaware that they don't need your guidance.

I listen to those who disagree with me and take their points into consideration.
Know your opposition well.  No need to deal with harsh retaliation, the system strives off of logic.

One lesson I learned long ago is that there is no relevance in emotional reaction.

The reality is that there is a lack of understanding specifically because many are not listening.  You seem to be obsessed with your point of view.  I assume that you dislike listening to concepts that differ from your belief system.  Remember you are not right by default and I am not right by default.  We play a serious game and discussion is necessary.

You send them your photos? Is that what I am reading?

That's a real rookie mistake. Boy you really do need some newbie tips..If you piss someone off, accidentally or not, don't be surprised to see your photo on some website.  

I've never been requested by any provider for a photo in last 11 yrs. If asked, I will just move on.

I learned mostly through the school of hard knocks, and common sense.  Click on the link that says "Newbie Tips"  

But TER has made it very easy. No need for even a discussion thread..

DC was very first city where i did ran in to criminals last summer ..

 as well as DC is a city where I have  lovers clients who love me and bringing me back and  presenting roses ..millions red roses :) and kissess

You can just be better lovers yourself.

 I honestly believe that here is the best women you may meet ..in this hobby .. better then  some of your wives and GF - how many times I do hear from clients  - my wife admitted that she would not fall in love with me if I would not have money ..
 and we here .. we  ready to love you just for bottle of champagne ..and  for most if us women .. it  be  truly honest appreciation  
 it is not hard to make a present .. biy gift.. give some money on pay pall ..on P 411 .. you know you can make present lady there ..
 and women here would  give you 1000000 more then you do  for her > Improve yourself and we women be happier..
 and I am here now in DC seating and telling NO .. NO .. NO .. to those who contacting me with no introduction .. with no connection .. just as menu services and specials ..

Although I only travel there a few times a year I have clients all across the DC looking for incall DC is huge in my eyes if there was just one common area that would be great.

At the end of the day, we can only change ourselves, not others.
