I have picked several providers as favorites and get an e-mail from TER when they have a new review. I got an e-mail today on one of my favorites however on checking her profile see no new reviews. Can anyone clarify why this would be so ?
...they updated her profile as the result of a problem report or some other reason. The TER email says the provider's profile has been updated, and that usually means another review has been added, but it might be for some other change.
