Yes you have to be careful with outcall only. one of the so called girls had her pimp try to break into my place to rob me . they were so stupid they the crowbar on my patio and my neighbors saw them. Needless to say i had a nasty surprise for them if they came back . A lot of the outs on bp are the scam gang one you learn the ads they get easier to spot the best thing to do is no reviews don't even bother- if they one have one review check who the reviewer is and who has he seen so times they review themselves.
I would not worry about their safety you should be worried about yours. these are grown women not little girls they know what they are in for. if they are dumb enough to go into bad areas that is just natural selection . they could work anywhere but they choose this.Maybe because they maybe lazy but still want to make a lot of money . i used to think about this a lot on my end but i got smart to most i am just a few ben franklins .
The great women i have met i wall always remember because they actually care about people which is a rare trait . I care about people who deserve to be cared about the rest vanish from my memory   remember who controls the meeting most of the time it isn't you. so choose carefully.
I have met mostly great women who don't need to do this they have smarts charm and drive and could do other things if they wish, those are the girls you want to see not the scammers or hood rats

I'm pretty much a rookie when it comes to utilizing BP, but I've been perusing it for a few weeks and have noticed plenty of outcall-only providers. My instincts tell me that nearly every outcall-only provider is some kind of a scam.  Am I correct?  I guess its a combination of the ad pictures often look TGTBT plus it just seems insanely unsafe to provide on an outcall-only basis.

Outcall only laides....just means they are unable or unwilling to get their own place, be it a hotel room or whatever....they might not have plastic for the hotel and as we all know, it's pretty hard to get a room without plastic....and I dont blame a gal for not wanting to use the place she's actually living at....could be roommate issues, parents, hell, even a husband....when I travel for work I normally have them come to me as I dont know the area and may not have a vehicle either....

I agree 100% with Torn. I actually prefer the lady visit my hotel room.  Most of my playing is when I am traveling. I like to relax. I generally schedule more than the standard hour and I like knowing that I am already where I need to be.

See them if you like. Just keep in mind if they are on BP , that they should have reviews. That would suck to get ripped off or jipped in some way.

you just got to know how to shop, I do pretty good with BP girls, also noticed some of the bigger players on TER are my fellow BP shoppers too ;-).
