Something smells funny here. Maybe it's just me, but I get very worried with the lack of information (no reviews or listing elsewhere) AND too much information. (i.e.; reasons for being here, NJ drivers lic, lost job, specific debts, etc) Perhaps she is trying to gain credibility but it does the opposite for me.

did you call her?  what did she say?

Does any opf this sound a little fishy to any one else?

I wouldn't want any provider regarless of their integrity coming to my home...

And if it was at my hotel - I would probably give the room number across the hall and watch who showed up - LOL... If it's all clear jump out before the other one gets the prize...
