If you look as carefully as I you will take note of the abdominal scar...

...it olny looks like the girl had her appendix out.  I have a scare right there too.  Thank God it's hidden!

That's from an appendix removal.

I also have a scar right there from a hernia operation.  Whatever it is, while it jumps out at you and says, "Hi", it detracts from her hott-ness not one bit.  

But some OTHER observations...
1.  The logo on the pic says "DD girls"...she is no DD.
2.  You can map the Ursa Major, Ursa Minor, and Orion constellations with the freckles on her tummy.  
3.  Question...what color are her eyes?
