TER has a small presence in the UK, but there are local, alternative review sites.  

TER doesn't like competing sites to be mentioned, but you can Google agency sites in the UK and check out their reviews on the local review sites. The review sites they link to aren't as good or as big as TER is here in the U.S. and Canada, but they do cover their local scene.
