is this website legit? does anyone know?

It is one of the most popular websites in the aea for both local and visiting ladies to advertise themselves ....  There are a number of scams, e.g. ladies using fake photos, but that is true for all of the other websites too ...

from what i read on the boards there are a lot of scams.  but doesn't mean there aren't any legit ladies too.  just do the research.

It's as legit as any. Another escort mall is cityvibe. As stated previously you need to do your homework to determine if individual ads are legit. Search phone numbers, email and if the name is fairly unusual or unique search on that as well. If you can't find any info and it looks TGTBT it probably is. Buyer beware.

tineye.com will let you past a url into their page and search the pictures.
I have found plenty of fakes through that.
They also have a Firefox add-on that wil enable a right click to search any picture.

Eros is not all fakes, but they are there a plenty
