If your theme post are being removed it is because you are including links.  When you do they are considered ads which violate the ad rules.

If you are continuing to use symbols ~ * ^ in your subject lines they are not being approved or removed. It has become too many for me to continue to edit them for you.
Touring ads must have dates in the subject line not today tomorrow or this weekend but specific dates.
Obviously the TER logo, emblem must  be displayed on either the first or the main page of your site. Please check to make sure the link to your site is working before you post the ad.
Remember ads are allowed every 7 days not 5 unless we are doing amnesty theme threads.

Gentlemen
If you post any comments in a provider or agency weekly ad that has any hint of negativity it will be removed or not allowed. If you have something to say ie fake pictures, b&s, rip off, or anything you feel is off base you can either post a thread of your own immediately above pointing to the problem or you may post in the daily threads I start each day. You can not post in directly in the ad. I encourage you to bring any issues to light you feel are noteworthy but I ask you provide the proof not hearsay or allegations or any personal issues but only those issues you feel the community should be aware of.

If you don't follow the format for mini reviews they are removed.

If you don't include links to for 411 post or the incorrect link for eros ads they are removed or not approved. At the bottom right corner of all eros ads you can click and create a direct link to the ladies ad other wise we have to guess from the hundreds of ads there.

Now for months I've provided a place each day for 411, b&s, ripoff etc post. It has been hit and miss IMHO.  Some use the thread some don't. I get the feeling it is a waste of time at this point. I can't under policy deny and post that are compliant in my interpretation of policy. Since so few have vip so it is not possible to pm them and ask so I allow the post.  When we started some of you were kind enough to guide them to the current post and not answering their inquiry but lately that has changed.  If this is something you want to see continue the success of it is in your hands.  If you answer those who don't comply then it fails.  If you redirect them it will work.  I could post in each thread asking but honestly I hate seeing the red moderator moniker in too many threads.

Over the months we have done some fun things. I try to mix it up so there is something for everyone weekly.  If there is one particular theme you like more than others I'd like to hear from you.  

Moderation.
If you are presently moderated and would like to be un moderated then ask. What I look at is your posting history, frequency and spirit of your post. If you only post 8 or 10 times a year then its not enough info for me to get a feel.  Just because you are vip doesn't matter.  
I'm not looking to un moderate trouble makers and those who have not obviously read the rules and can tell me you understand them all. By all I mean all.
If you haven't read the rules don't ask. It's better to stay moderated than to be un moderated then be put in time out again for not following the rules.

In short this is your board not mine. Let's have some fun, agree and disagree with each other in a manner that doesn't get into personal fights. There can be differing opinions and debated with respect for the other side.
The DC board is one of the more active boards here and truthfully I think you guys get more out of the info here because you use the boards better than any other of the local boards.
