A great time can be had at either of these agencies with the right lady.  But if you go to either one expecting more than a strip tease (Bluegems) or body rub (Secret Temptations), and a HJ (if you don't act like a jerk or a cop), you will be sorely disappointed.  There was a time when there was a lot of potential mileage to be covered at Bluegems.  But the gals who were amenable to that have looong since left that shop.  Can't speak from any historical experience with Secret Temptations but recent experience leads to the conclusion that the kind of mileage variation implied in other posts is not available.  But again, that does not mean that a great time can't be had.  It all depends on your expectations.
Here's some good advice - If you really want your full service (or french, or anything other than a manual release) to be accompanied by a strip tease or a body rub, find a provider and ask her to include a strip tease or body rub in her session.  The great majority of the gals who are in the private viewing and body rub fields are there precisely because they don't want to be full service providers.  They are not just waiting for the right client with the right offer.
