On a more serious note. I would only consider this arrangement if ...
if 3 things were met.
1) if I have the $$$ to do so, lol
2) if I care about the girl's well being, felt no similar thing toward any other girl... and she feels the same way toward me.
3) if I wish to avoid all the traditional baggages of getting too involved with each other... such as marriage. in laws, and bs like that.
I was with a provider and she told me she used to have a Sugardaddy and I responded, "OK, well good for you", but in my mind I'm thinking "well what exaxtly does that mean" - even though I could guess its meaning. So later I look it up on the internet and I see this website where they hook people up etc etc. Anyone know anything about this? Is this more expensive than seeing a provider? Was the advantage or disadvantage of both? Anyone have any experiences they want to share? Just curious.

been there and done that..
a. You pay on average the same rate.. as they ask for a certain monthly commitment .. lets say $1500 a month and in return they give you a few 'days' per month.. but mostly it turns out to be $300 or so per hour if you were to do the math
b. you pay more as they expect you to go shopping with them, take them to trips ..etc
c. you get the false feeling that you are the only ONE.. however they have on average 3 to 6 of them at a given time.
also the idea of this lifestyle is to have fun when you what with whom you like .. so I say not worth it
The fact that you have brought this up indicates to me that you have some sort of attachment to this woman. It is only natural that you may need a sensual woman's presence in your life and she may need a pillar of financial support. This way you both may think that a SD/SB relationship is ideal. I suggest that you think again.

Although we never officially declared ourselves sugardaddy-sugarbaby things just took that shape. I would suggest that you either go two ways and it is either one or the other.
1) Pay for play and stick to it. No spending time off the clock and especially no bullshitting yourself that she actually cares for you or that you are the only one. If you want her to enjoy overnights, trips and special occasions with you then discuss payment with her. BUT DO PAY HER FOR HER TIME PERIOD!!!!!
2) Forget the BS about paying for playing or sugardaddying and simply ask her to be your girlfriend. If she says YES (although highly doubtful), you will be broke, frustrated and bored of her in two months anyway.

DISCLAIMER - I have never been a sugardaddy (SD) so I dont know the rules, protocols , and culture of that scene. My comments are based on what I've heard,assuem and of course my opinion ofthe scene.
Even if I had Tiger Woods or Michael Jordan money I would never be a SD. From what I understand...the SD is basically the keeper of a "kept" women. The SD provides the living expenses (housing and maintenance) of the provider and basically keeps her on retainer. For example, I understand the basketball player Shaq was a sugardaddy and was paying for the condo, car and other insundry living expenses of the provider. In turn, the lady is, in many respects, on call for the SD.
For sure seeing a provider is much cheaper than a SD arrangement. You might as well get married if you want to be a SD.
I've never done drugs, but I do know that shooting drugs will eventually ruin me. Do I really need to do everything to have an opinion? Can I not learn from other people's mistake.
But neither one of us qualifies to render an opinion on the subject of what happens when someone uses drugs, what they feel and how their life is impacted.
Sort of a personal pet peeve if you wish, but I find it funny when people say "now, I never did/see/try XYZ but this is what it is like"

Hey, thanks for the comments. I was not considering doing this. I was curious what it was about. I checked out this website for Sugardaddies and was surprised at how quickly the women were responding back to this really poor fake description I gave of myself along with a worthless subject line which really said nothing about myself. Too good to be a good thing. Anyway, I'm like most of you. While I have my favorites, I enjoy the variety that this hobby brings. Besides my schedule allows very little time for shopping and dating. This same topic came up a few months ago and I kept quiet for selfish reasons.
The women on these sites fall roughly into two camps - half roughly being golddiggers who are easy to spot and the other half being women who are not looking for a "stipend" but rather a successful man who will treat them well. This second group has provided me with the opportunity to meet and "date" lots of very attractive women, most often just for the cost of nice dates, an occasional shopping trip, and travel.
In fact, have had a very good relationship for over the past two years with one of these women that I see every two weeks or so for an overnight or occasional travel. The cost? A lot less than you might think, at least in this case. Am I the only one she is seeing? I think so but even if not, who am I to complain? Bottom line, do your homework, step up your game, and the rewards can be plentiful!
