um, need some advice here:
we're new at this and also new members of TER. we have a few reviews, 6 to be specific! But, we just got our very first fake review though and are baffled by it. It's definitely not bad; he gave us a 7/9 and even recommends us. But since being in DC we've only done one outcall, and this is definitely not that guy! so, it's clearly a fake.
There are other things that give it away, meaning some of what he wrote we would definitely remember. And, um, we just haven't done some of the things he mentions with any client (like showing up in nothing but a coat - funny though, because we were just talking about how hot that would be to do and might start doing that).
Also, there are other things that tip it off to me as a fake. If you look at the other reviews he's written, they all have some of the same common threads (ie. some type of public sex/nudity aluded to).
So why? Other than the obvious reason so that he can get an upgraded membership, why do guys do this? is it common? Are we supposed to send a problem report? I was under the understanding that those were for other types of problems.
blah. i don't care so much that it's there. it's just baffling. opinions? has this happened to you?
my main concern is that he's going to try to book appointments with providers saying he saw us and they might see the review thinking it's true (and not contacting us), and it turns out that he's crazy and a creep or worse.
and no panties or long johns,parka..etc.lol I would send the same information you posted on the board and do a problem report to TER. Let them judge..
I was thinking of a friend of mine while looking at your site and reading your reviews at the same time trying to complete a review of someone I just saw (multi task manic)...
It happens, not often if this is the only one you've gotten out of the 6 (doing the percentage math is head - damn, that heads busy thinking of how I missed these 2 cuties)..
As BigDaddy says - sent it to Staff... They will act on it. And expect it to be replaced soon... Umm, that not me writing - LOL...
Some providers believe it happens too much here. It can happen here, there, any where someone wishes to make up a story and especially if it gives them VIP status for a little longer. But staff should fix that. Seeing how it wasn't that you are unhappy with the rating - just not happy with what he said you did for him and the fact it's a lie should be good enough to see it removed.
Good Luck - Umm, how much longer are you guys going to be around? Or have you left already? When are you returning? Umm - can I ask 50 more questions please...
BTW - you have good point to make about referals, those who trust only the reviews without back channel screening are subject to the worst experiences... So you may have helped other new providers by bringing this out.
I would like to her from other providers on the percentages they believe to be fake - your rate is 83% real - 17% fake (think that's right - you do the math)
