I get it lol- not perfect, but not gross (physicaly or socially) or over the top- I love and respect women, and appreciate the "no strings" aspect of hobbying, even if I venture beyond my comfort zone every now and then

Some ladies aren't as fed up as those in these posts (and some are probably more fed up), but I am sure that these are a lot more mainstream than we would like to think.  

In my opinion, this rant is not about an endless line-up of customers from hell. All her emotions seem, to me, to represent hostility and anger toward herself and not all the gentlemen she meets. This is an extreme form of projection, and a coping mechanism. Its very likely her clientele have no clue. Its about her and her self-loathing, in my opinion.  
If I am  wrong, she simply has no concept of how to screen or is not communicating with other provider references, which seems unlikely.  

I find the article very telling of the attitude of old jaded providers who have been long since passed their prime.  The very reason I am far more attracted to the younger newbies - and who are much better value for the money spent ($200 v. $500).

IMHO, the essence of the "game" is to get her to give as much as you can get, bbbj and CIM or COHF - the ultimate in "getting it" and pound her into submission with a rock hard Viagra throbbing cock.  
The article is spot on - the long term providers overwhelmingly hold those views - the newbies not so - but they will later on.
The moral of the story - read the reviews and get the young fresh girls before they develop the hooker attitude.

I expect that the ratings of the lady in the original rant were not as good as she claimed for the reasons you note. Unless she wrote this after a particularly bad day and then a bottle and a half of red, I doubt that this attitude could be disguised well enough to get lots of 9s and 10s.

Obviously bitter and negative. I agree that she is burned out and in it ONLY for the money. Of course we know it is about the money, but unable to find any joy or anything remotely of interest in her work. Its sad and funny at the same time. I can't imagine some of the things these providers deal with, but they only have to deal with it once.if a guy is so gross incompetent or ill mannered, just don't see him again. I have people I have had to deal with in my work life for decades and the only way I will be able to rid myself of them is for one of us to die.
