Unfortunately, due to the prices of accommodations, I am seeing most clients on an out-call basis.  I am willing to see in-call on a predated appointment, however, it is determined by the rates of accommodations for the day of the appointment.  There are no guaranties that we will be able to meet at the appointed time.  I apologize for this in advance.  (The cherry blossoms and the Nuclear Summit are beyond my control!)
