jenna (and her reviews) look great. if she wasn't with WOE, i think i'd go see her. i've made two "confirmed" appointments with WOE in the recent past and both times were cancelled and i didn't even get a message.

We do apologize if you where not contacted in the past for any canceled tours.  We do try to e-mail and or call everyone that had pre scheduled.  Sometimes we do not know if a model is not coming until the last minute. Usually we request that you call to confirm and at that time we will inform you of the the situation on hand.  Again we do which you will give WOE another chance we do try our best to be as professional as possible by treating everyone with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Jenna is a wonderful provider she is one not to miss we will offer a considerable discount to you,  for any inconvenience we may have caused you.

...you'd be making an appointment with Jenna, NOT WOE.  Do you want to see Jenna or NOT?  I had an appointment which WOE didn't cancel on Jenna's previously announced tour.  As far as I know, they didn't contact ANYBODY when Jenna couldn't make that schedule.  Probable reason?  I guess they figured we'd be keeping up with eros and/or their site, and see that the tour was rescheduled.  If we found out there that she was coming, it might not be considered unreasonable that we could find out there that she was NO LONGER coming.  Besides, it is SOP for agencies to have the hobbyist re-contact them to confirm a date early in the morning of the date it was scheduled.  Just about all of the touring agencies do this.  Then, they know you'll be coming, and you won't go on a "wild goose chase".  

 I had absolutely NO "hard feelings" about WOE not contacting me under these circumstances.  In general, I have found them to be a very good agency, and I believe many of the teammates would agree, based upon their posts here.

I think advance notice when posible should be done. If I have to cancel a session I call the agency (not the girl) as soon as I know, so that they can make alternate plans for that ladies time. If an agency knows a lady is not going to be able to meet with you at a schedule time and they can easily contact you I think they should. For instance, I try to make all my appointments by email, which usually goes back and forth a few times. If a lady has to cancel there is no reason this information should not be conveyed to me. Syd's Secrets recently sent such an email a day in advance and I was able to make alternative plans thanks to them.

Myself, like I suspect most gentlemen on this board, plan time in their schedule to meet with special ladies, and for me it is often mid day. If I find out from calling them a few hours in advance that a session is a no go then I am going to have a very hard time finding a special lady to meet with during that time. Sometimes going from the excitement of a long anticipated session to nothing can be painful, in more ways than one.

I do agree that WOE is a good agency, always enjoyed dealing with them. However, nothing wrong with a litle extra customer service. I also understand that last second emergencies come up the day of appointments, but that was not the case here.

For those of you who have never seen Jenna and have had cancelled appointments it is well worth it to try again. She is a true sweetheart who really loves to please.

I almost missed this - my fault for getting buried in work over the last two days!  I'm just glad I was able to secure an appointment!

Canis, I was operating under the notion that Jenna was not going to be able to make it until January (as previously discussed on this board).  This thread was too late because I had made another booking in the available portion of this timeframe.  So, now I am a "two-time loser".  I won't be able to make it this week in timeslots which Jenna has.  That is the BAD news.  The GOOD news (per Brooke) is that Jenna WILL be back in mid January and will be visiting BALTIMORE, that time!  YESSS!!!  Just goes to show; every "cloud" DOES have a "silver lining".

i am a newbie to the board, but i did call the morning of the appointment to verify hotel info and was told to call again when i got there. when i called from the hotel lobby that evening, i was told the appointment was cancelled. it's a hassle for me to drive to DC and find parking since i live in the maryland suburbs.

thanks to TER, i had fun w/some other girls instead. as long as there are more girls i want to see than $ in my wallet, i have no problem shutting out one agency (though jenna is pretty hot).

Those wouldn't be on St. Bart, TTBOMK.  They'd be under that S/M category which is noted in the upper portion of the reviews.  100%GFE++++ AND S/M!  Talk about the COMPLETE package.  No wonder Jenna stirs up all the discussion and excitement that she does.  BTW, I don't know what that "trailor park" business mentioned WRT her looks is all about, either.  By other accounts (which I consider very reliable) Jenna probably scores about a 9 for looks as well.  Of course, I will have to verify ALL of this for MYSELF in January.

Well if not YOU, then SOMEBODY was going to get it.  Neglect?  No, all around I am sure that Jenna will not feel neglected, jeep.  But, then I know what you REALLY mean.  Next month, we'll see how she responds to an EXPERIENCED MASTER!!

Well Canis, since no one has told me what time slot they got, I have no idea WHICH of you got what would have been MINE.  Maybe it is some yet undisclosed "other party"...

We would like to know kenobi how you possibly had an appointment with Jenna and arrived at her hotel.  Jenna's flight and hotel for that matter were never booked.  You state you had her hotel information, how could you possibly have her hotel information if we did not.    Her trip was canceled approximately one week before she was scheduled to arrive.  We never ever book a hotel one week in advance.  There is something very wrong with this post.

first cancellation was from the early november DC tour at jurys. the december cancellation was to be expected, in retrospect. i can understand that you would take care of previous clients better than new ones.

She has got a 10 am open on saturday !!!!!
