The region can be even subdivided even further.  

1. If you are into BBWs PG county is the BBW capital of the world.  
2.For lowest priced BP providers try the Baltimore area.  
3. The Darker skinned more African/Caribbean featured ladies are in Pg county.  
3. Light skin ones in Montgomery county and Northern Virginia.  
4. Asians in Northern Virginia.
5. Good variety DC. (DC can be subdivided)
a) Hoodrats south east dc.
b) Upscale North east DC
6. BWI visiting providers mainly from California (many mixed and latinas)
7. Security Blvd area of Maryland (darked skinned visiting and Baltimore are providers).
8. Caton Ave area providers who are BP during the day and street walkers at night

Actually its difficult to state given that there are plenty of ladies who probably live somewhere between NOVA and B'more and serve both the markets as locals (vs being visitors)

You know where the real hot ladies are? ATLANTA. And best bang for the buck as the prices are lower than in DC/B'more area. By 1 Benjamin at least..
