....that they are willing to agree to face pics and not being low-key? All be it private view...other reputable agencies of their caliber do not engage in such face ad practices. I'm curious because that is good negotiating/convincing skills as it goes against the norm of the game, lol.

granted the other PV indy's and agencies tend show off the ladies bodies in a more aggressive manner as the selling point...but face exposed is face exposed and reviews have been posted that they tug guys for money. just sayin'....
and showing faces is not that unusual overall. I certainly do not think that anything unusual is going on---and quite often hobbyists complain that the faces are not revealed in some ads.

BG has always had face pictures of their girls, this is not a new practice.
I am sure the girls know that if they want to work there they have to show their face. I guess they feel it is worth it.

it's that the girls being on the young side and with google image search/photos getting better everyday it could be a future problem. searching profile/headshot faces on LinkedIn could lead you to that person elsewhere on the internet as adult services get indexed. I could still find pics of PV girls from 3yrs ago on massage troll and other sites that aggregate info.
These young college girls could be found-out and have a lot to explain or could even be extorted once they hit the corporate world or government world post college. I'm sure as young ladies they have their faces elsewhere and in 2015 they could be spotted by their own family running searches on google....unless they plan to be lifetime entertainers it could be an issue for them.

BG has been showing the faces of their girls since it began long ago. I think the girls have made their peace with that. They don't use their real names so a name search from a family member or a prospective employer on the Internet would hit a blind alley. Also, the photos are not nudes, so even if a photo somehow turns up--without any text to support its association--there would be no lewdness or immorality about it.
