this provider has about 6 reviews in mid-2013 that are 5 or below in performance (including 3 2s) and yet she has a dozen more reviews after that@!  Why oh why do guys keep seeing these awful providers?  Any one of those low reviews would have kept me from even considering her, yet guys just keep going there.  Don't understand.

the review you shared suggests to me that she was out of control for a while - probably drugs.  I get the same feeling from the cluster of other very low scoring reviews from the same general period.

Interesting that gents kept seeing her - and that she is now getting wonderful reviews -

now we both know that the current reviews may or may not be honest, given the history - but it is possible that she's gotten it back together

in any event, even though the review you linked only tells one side of the story, it was dramatic enough for me that I would not be able to be convinced to take the risk of booking with her....

It sounds like she has a psychiatric diagnosis and may have stopped taking her meds or left them home if she was visiting.  
Episode sounds acutely psychotic actually.  
There was a several month interval until the next review so it's possible she got back on track
A melodramatic scene overall especially at the end.
