You don't often find that sort of thing in the DC area because it is so conservative here and lacks active counterculture elements and subcultures that many other cities in the Northeast have.  There are a few women who tour and come by here sometimes, such as Zoe Smith or Emily (both from Detroit), both of which are awesome.  There was this woman named Penny (ID 136522), but I haven't seen her put up an ad for quite a while, but it's possible she's still around
