As much as I appreciate the advise. The question still stands. Anyone have an actual answer?
I dont think that you will find an answer in a site that was created to review and establish providers (and hobbyists for that matter) as legit. Good luck nonetheless, and always remember the following steps after a rendezvous with a streetwalker: 1) Lawyer UP 2) Call a Bondsman 3) No plea bargaining , make them beat you in court. or 1) No kissing or giving oral 2) Only carry the minimum amount of money needed 3) Go get a blood test, wait 3 weeks and go get tested again or 1) Make sure you are not followed 2) If she looks younger than 18, tell her that you picked her up because you want to read the bible with her (make sure you brought one) 3) If she or someone else pulls a weapon on you, cooperate but it may not be enough (it was nice knowing you)
Anyone know the donations for the girls working on K street between 12th and 11th street? Always curious as I walk by on a regular basis. I tired to ask myself but since I didn't have a car or a place nearby they were hesitant to answer.
Are you looking for girls on the street? That's probably a risky business anywhere, and I'd imagine more so in DC. While K Street around 11th and 12th isn't as busy as it is further west, I'd strongly advise against it. Stick to verifiable providers for your own safety. There's also a lesser risk of contributing to the human trafficking problem, which is something all hobbyists should try and avoid.
DC MPD has long been cracking down on that area. It is nothing of the SW central it once was years ago. Your chances are better picking up an undercover cop than an STD in that area.
I agree with Tall that there is a good chance striking up a conversation with a plainclothes officer and finding yourself in handcuffs. It is not unheard-of for the police to round up groups of people men and women and take dozens to jail. I don't know if it has changed but, in a Washingtonian article it was pointed out that prostitution per se in DC was not illegal - it is solicitation of prostitution that is illegal.
Just an observation...........in the decades that I have lived in DC, I have read about and witnessed people being busted for solicitation; men and women. In all those years, I doubt that there have been any busts of women discreetly doing business in a hotel room or private residence. There was an episode a block or so from my house a few years ago. 4-unit apartment building...one of the units was occupied by a high volume pro....lots of traffic.....loud and sometimes too much to drink.....the neighbors complained.......marked patrol car parked in front of the building....customers would not go in.....woman left a few days later. JMO - bottom-line don't hurt the very important tourist trade and you are fine.
In fact, as I understand it, the police have a special unit to handle runaways and women that are being unwillingly pimped. No arrests (although the pimp may spend a day or so locked up while they get the woman out of town), just a way out if she (or he) wants it.
Seems to be much more civilized than Maryland or Virginia.
