Prostitution is not legal in Canada. And they will enforce violations of public solicitation street walkers] and brothels. But escorting is not considered prostitution. It is a legal engagement between two parties to spend time with one another. What happens in the privacy of a hotel room between two consenting adults is really nobodys biz....esp the authorities. Like I said....sane.
Been a while since I've been there and not sure what agencies still exist. I'll do a little research for you. HOWEVER....would this not be a good time to hook up with a couple Indies that might be willing to serve as references for you in the future? In fact I think there are a couple ladies based there that tour here on occasion.

I originally booked with Danielle Dubois but she had to cancel for personal reasons. I think she's either semi-retired or UTR now as there hasn't been a review for quite a while. I ended up seeing three girls from Mirage (check my July reviews). the agency was very easy to work with compared with the big 3 in DC (I guess it's down to big 1 now, LOL). All they require is a name (real or fake) and a phone number. Same-day appointment is actually preferred. I met the girls at various upscale apartment buildings. The sessions were totally unrushed as they scheduled their appointments with plenty of time in-between. I highly recommend them if you decide to see agency girls.
I was traveling to Ottawa on business for about 18 months. The law in Canada is interesting. The hobby (well, OK, prostitution) is legal, but setting up a business location is not.
