In perusing the different ads, it would appear (especially from the visitors) that the starting rate is $$$.5 and up.  Is it due to this week being a 4th holiday and the locations are charging more than before?  I hope it is not a precedent.  I still use my regulars but...gee...it looks like everyone is "upping" their rates.

This subject hits here every now and again. The last time I raised it in the context of "how much is too much". Even though I have no real financial issues it is more a matter of when does it stop? Does anyone in this market really think $$$$$ is okay for a limited engagement? I honestly doubt it, protestors to the contrary notwithstanding. This is no doubt a great market but is a Supply AND Demand market at the same time.  That is the real issue. And yes, I have noticed the same thing and no, it is by no means temporary. UNLESS we all send a VERY CLEAR signal.

As far as I've observed, this trend has been going on for over a year and has accelerated this summer. Seems the ladies are getting the lesson put forth in a chapter on the topic in  Super Freakonomics.

....ten years.  Granted, I only entertain part time, and most of my dates are multi hour.  If most of my dates were one hour dates, I would have had a gift increase a few years back.

  Gentlemen receive raises, bonus's, etc; why not the ladies?

I have no issue with gifting a little more to  the highly reviewed providers who consistently rate 9's and 10's with well over 100 reviews.  You know what you are getting in advance.  I have noticed that there are some who once they have several high reviews, have raised the gift price a little to the extreme.  Personally, I will have to cut back and be much more selective at whom I spend my time with.

There is so much to attribute rate increases to.

Some ladies use an increase to shift gears to garner attention from a different caliber of clientele.

Some ladies are loyalists and will remain static.

Some ladies are want to actually decrease quantity and aim for quality.

I lean towards the latter myself. But I consider my prices uber fair and naturally will consider an increase in rates after examining my business ROI.

Ten years experience...very impressive.  And your website is very impressive.  Why don't you have more than two reviews in ten years?
