What circumstances does a new provider have to meet for you to trust that she is legit and you will meet her? Even with no reviews
The best policy is to meet no one not previously reviewed on TER. Let others TOFTT and take the risk for you.
With that said, IF YOU FEEL YOU CANT WAIT, ask the provider to meet you for coffee, lunch, etc. If she says no, wish her the best and move along...for now.
If she says yes, treat her just like you would any other pretty lady...get to know each other, pay for her treat, shake her hand/give her a hug and tell her you will be in contact.
There are too many wonderful providers who would LOVE to spend time with you to justify taking a risk on meeting Uncle LEO or having a bad experience with an unknown.

I'd say that a phone call or two to set things up, a public meet (OTC) and an outcall is fine to share the risk of those first dates
Here are the factors that make me comfortable seeing a provider with no reviews:
1. A website with all the info one would expect to be in a provider website, with a straightforward explanation that you are new (appears you're working on it).
2. An ad on TER, and introduction on this board (which you've done).
3. Membership in Date-Check or P411.
4. Other info/circumstances that would give me confidence that you are legit. For example, if I've had good experience with an agency I'm comfortable seeing new girls with no reviews from that agency. In your case, the fact that you are doing doubles with Crystal, who I've met and like, would make me comfortable seeing you.
So I'd meet you, but I probably won't be able to schedule it for the next few weeks. By that time I'm sure you'll have multiple reviews.

The problem is in order to be a provider on P411 you must have at least two reviews. And for Date-check you need a continuous web presence for at least six months. So, someone really has to step up to meet you and write the review to be able to get anywhere with the verification sites.
I knew there was a reason I didn't like the verification sites. I guess they have to verify the provider some how, but they don't seem to make it easy on the new ladies who want to do things the "right/safe" way.
I don't necessarily need to read a review in order to see a lady, however I don't value the lady's first few reviews, especially if the review is written by someone who reviews a lot of new ladies.
Ah, forgot this. I would still see her based on her knowing Crystal and the general vibe that she wants reviews and the effort she is making.
Plus, she looks quite hot from the picture in her ad.
So granted there are risk to seeing a provider with no reviews. But in my experience there are risks with seeing well reviewed providers so pick your poison. I've found some real gems on BP, various escort malls, etc. All are notorious for Bait & Switch; Cash and Dash; Fuck and Runs; ETC. Time in the Hobby has taught me some lessons on how to week through the BS and find that needle in the hay stack. And it has been VERY rewarding when you do find that diamond in the rough. Can't count the # of obscure ladies I've met that were all that and became UR ATFs, at least for a time. Some were comets; flashed on the scene for a minute then poof. But fun while it lasted.
With that said, my factors are as follows (not too much different from dwb.). Much of it is common sense, patience, and not letting the little head lead the big head:
- Ads on TER despite no reviews gets priority. If a lady post on TER the chances are strong that she's trying to develop a following and/or "legitimacy" and is eager and willing to earn her stripes.
- She has a legit Website.
- Per my research I don't find multiple Ads with multiple different PICs. Duh.
- Ad does not contain overly airbrushed and/or too many strategically posed PICs.
- She discloses her rates in her Ads. The combo of no rates posted and only a phone # number listed with no web presence have a higher risk of BS in my experience.
- Her Ad is straight up and discusses that she is new and/or does not have reviews and she is in the process of establishing reviews.
- PICs are not of "unrealistically/overly" hot women, if there is such a thing. Stolen PICs from various modeling; Instram, and similar sites. TINEYE is your friend!!
- Phone presence is MAJOR. If the initial phone conversation places her clearly in the categories of hood rat; uninspired sex worker; overly "inviting" with every other word spoken being "baby," "honey," "sweety." I keep it moving.
- I've learned to appreciate ladies who require initial contact by email only. The exchange of emails can provide a lot of clues and intel on the person you're about to meet as, IMHO and Experience, people tend communicate more freely as to what their expectations are for the meeting. Initially hiding behind the email kinda allows for that.
- And finally, gut feelings should never be ignored. While not a guarantee, paying attention to gut feelings/the vibe has its place.

You never know with an unknown. I know a guy who saw a provider for outcall. She got his license plate and get his home and made threats to out him to his wife if he stopped seeing her. Best to stick to providers that a reviewed. Make sure your hobby car is not a joint registration or registered in a business name.
That's the worst attempt at blackmail I've ever heard. All he has to do is make an anonymous phone call to the police that she's a hooker. Or hell, just tell her neighbors. Or the teachers at her kids' school. I mean, he has wayyy more leverage in that situation.
I have to know what you look like, then I have to trust that the ad is legit.

I think you'll find that in practically no time at all you will be reviewed and well on your way! It just takes a little patience in the very beginning as people get to know you. You're a pretty woman.
Everyone is different but what helped me in the beginning was being taken under the wing of two experienced providers -- and I think you have a friend! -- who introduced me to some of their clients and helped me get my website going. So grateful to those ladies for their generosity and for showing me the ropes. I participated on the boards when I felt I had some value to add to the discussion and people got to know my personality a bit -- that goes a long way to establishing trust. When you're ready for doubles, that can be another way to expand your sphere (if you connect with an established provider).
Anyway, you know your own business, but I just wanted to encourage you and keep in mind how helpful this board can be (very berry very helpful!). Have fun!
Also, just like people claim that many won't toftt (take one for the team), that is THEIR comfort zone. Many will! In fact, they love the thrill!!
Go read through the newbie boards.
Build a website. There are free options that you can start there and work your way up to a paid one if you'd like. You can also start off with selfies. Starting to be an escort can be super expensive or can be super affordable. Eventually you will want to put an investment behind it if you want to be taken seriously.
Take time to decide on your name. Be sure that it fits your working girl personality and be sure it can work for the duration of your time. An 18 year old might be able to go by "hot college Bonnie" now, but if you find yourself in love with this line of work it won't fit when you're 26 and you don't want to have to rebrand. Pick a good name and use the other parts for advertising.
Decide if you want to have full face photos. Once on the Internet, always on the Internet.
If you choose to run a reciew special, my suggestion is to have the special for the second date. If you have it for the first, a guy doesn't have to write a review, you can't force him. He may write it that evening, he may get around to it a month later, you may see him post every day and the review may never come.
You can ask away anything on the newbie board.
This lifestyle is one that I love, but it's not for everyone.
I know you asked how to get your first date, but there is more to all of this.

I've toftt many times. The lady just has to be willing to hang it out there as much as you're asking me to. Here's a few things that I look for and do when meeting a new lady.
1. Is she signed up for TER or other verifications sites? Yes is good, even if you're still working on getting reviews / verifications. Being able to communicate within is priceless.
2. Be willing to meet in a pubic place. Coffee, lunch, or even a chat in the park.
3. Find a provider who's willing to vouch for you. Another provider who will show you the ropes is a big plus!
4. Or an experienced hobbyist. A well connected hobbyist with a proven track record who's willing to introduce you to his friends certainly won't hurt. Just beware of the trolls.

And it really paid off, so I'm not sure what to tell you though to be fair, I might have gotten really lucky.
The thing that makes me most comfortable with any provider is one who can communicate frequently and keeps in touch. I find that terseness and brevity makes me rather anxious for some reason.
Initially dont do anything illegal unless and until you have a Client you are comfortable with - then perhaps offer them more and get them to post reviews. Nothing wrong with giving a bikini clad rub - then use your sense of comfort. Legit hobbyist will disrobe and lay on the table/bed - and chat as you rub them - LE isnt going to invest a full hour for the uncertain propsect of busting a PV provider after 45 minutes, but a legit hobbyist will enjoy a rub for that length and look forward to a reward.
LOL. Body rubs and massages require a LISENCE in the DMV area.
Just had a friend, working out of a legitimate salon, busted and fined by UC LEO for not having a specific License to do a full body massage. Face, hands, feet and back were licensed just not FB.
