I just checked Ad Posting rules and couldn't find any such rule.

Back in the days, DMV used to always post using alias. Granted, it was an agency, but same rules should apply whether it is an agency or an independent provider.

I'm unfamiliar with how a provider advertise herself on these forums. These are only my assumptions: if you reply with a providers website and photos, then does that mean that you have to use your real handle? I guess you forgot to change your alias? If so, this is why the one rule alias sucks ass. Anyhow, I may be wrong completely about everything I just mentioned. Reason: never saw an alias advertise for a provider before :)
