ILH, Club Pearls, and a few other asian agencies have been that way for quite some time.  I had bee successfully screened by ILH, but hadn't yet met one of their providers, and they still wouldn't answer phone, email, text, or smoke signals.  In fact they wouldn't even respond when I stated that I was trying to see one of their providers that I had already seen twice in another city.  The reviews are from the existing client base, and the ads are just to keep the girls names and images available to those clients.  I'm sure there are exceptions if you know or have met the right people, but it isn't too common.  My advice is to pick some local, well-reviewed indies and just wait for a change in the weather.

Just search the board.  Someone (like yourself) post this same question every couple of months.

If you are in our "club" they will pick up or respond.  If not, you are not getting in so move on.
