She's very popular, so is Rachel Chase who rate is also $350.  Both have outstanding reviews, for a extra 50 bucks. Why not?

That's true but Alicia for example she's popular her rate never goes up.

The fact that her price went up has nothing to do with her being jaded. It is because she is damn popular. It is her choice to raise the price. A few reviews after she had raised the price were still pretty good.
Again you need to use a better logic. If she is jaded she would either quit or start racking up less stellar reviews.

seriously, in your case I would say no because of how you feel about someone who chooses to raise her rate.

Her first tour (or two?) was at the "standard" BFM rate but her subsequent tours have been at a higher donation and the reviews keep pouring in, with ratings that haven't dipped at all. So I don't think your point is valid.

Before she even had ONE freaking review. In the beginning, BFM charges $$$ everyone. As a model becomes more popular and sought after they began to charge a little more. The slight price increase surely depends on demand. A basic freaking microeconomics, man
