Lets try this and see if we can't get it to work. I will post all ads and post that come in over night then I will put up a thread early in the morning that says.

"Please Post all 411 post for 2-15-11 here."

I will admit this will not be easy but lets see if we can't make it work. If you guys will help me police this then we may be able to re-train folks.  This is not a TER new posting rule but an idea that is being tried on some other boards and is voluntary.
It will be impossible to capture all of the 411 post but I think we can catch a lot of them.
All post are to start with "411 Post for __________ . All other TER rules apply for link requirements etc.

Also I plan to have a free ad day for the ladies. Regardless of whether they have recently posted an ad or not they will be allowed another ad. There are conditions. 1. the ad has to be in my ad thread for that particular day. 2. the ladies who post in the ad must be willing to give TER members who mention the ad a discount. The amt is up to each lady advertising. It may be in the form of $ discount or it may be extended hours or increased services that usually they charge extra for. If an agency wants to join in they can choose one lady to feature. The discount may be exclusive to her or they may make it company wide but can only feature one lady. Obviously this is an honor system but if it works and the feedback is good we will do more.

The ad system you are proposing for the ladies is a very good one.  It may need to be tinkered with over time...but the outline of the idea sounds very good.

Under your main Post Subject, maybe have ads for the current week, one week out, two weeks, etc.

One post per provider for each week they are available

It would certainly make searching/planning easier.
