Or is it for places like Richmond and Hampton Roads?

Washington DC Ads would be for DC and cities in the and near the DC metropolitan area. I always put Richmond ads for example on the Other Cities boards so this should be a better spot now. On the new Va ads board.

Yes it includes NoVa, and anywhere else in the state of Virginia.

I posted my ad under the "other city's board" like always for Hampton Roads and Richmond. It wasn't until I saw this thread that I even noticed the Virginia Board was active on 8/27. I am thrilled and if they let me post another ad before the 7 day waiting period for the same area (I am looking into that now) I will have my info up for sure since I live in Hampton Roads and will be home for the holiday weekend. Way to go TER!
