I would like to find a DC area provider that is a GFE and also provides strap-on service. There is no way to search the TER database (to my knowledge) for this. Please let me know if you have any recomendations.

You are correct in that the database will be of no help, but searching the DC discussion board turns up a recent posting by a provider who offers just what you are looking for.

You will see much said and others requesting the same with little to no results. Not sure why, except to say it's a fetish not often talked about or offered around here.
