They are on bp like sites. Also there are a lot of guys who call up the providers asking for bbfs on a regular basis. I have heard calls at the end of sessions on two different provider phones. Because the there is demand for these services the ladies offer it.

I don't claim to be particulary handsome (decent enough, but nothing special), though I do appear youthful.  I think I generally connect well with the ladies, so we have good rapport and the sessions are personal, not just mechanical.

We see them every now and then on various TER boards ("it is more common than you think;" "I am routinely offered it" from this thread). As for me, over the course of 7 years in the hobby and some 230 dates, it has not been offered once. Not a single time. Nor have I ever requested it.
