I saw an ad for Mya on the local Buzz board that looked interesting. Then I saw same ad on another Buzz board. So I decided to see where else Mya might be visiting.... She is very busy.
She has an ad on over half the Buzz boards. Beginning in January till now she has visited? 25 cities with more to come in April.
So how is it that a provider has a tour of about 30 cities over 4 months yet she has only one old review. And that review is from a reviewer that has posted only 2 reviews total 10 years apart? That seems impossible.
So I texted Mya and discovered the answer... she wants a deposit.
The secret of Mya's success is that she requires a deposit.
Im sure she saves a lot on airfare and hotels that way.
So many are just pure fraud.
There are plenty of legit women who require deposits. Don't paint them all as scammers.
On the flip, you can't paint them all as legit either. Someone else posted this, "Not all deposits are scams, but all scams use deposits" Or something like that. They can certainly ask and we can just move on to another. No judgement either way.
That's why you need to do your homework and think with the big head.
Those things certainly CAN be a guarantee but obviously not always.
How can you regretting you saw someone be a scam? I don't get your point.
I think he was saying the same -- making a appointment, having it occur and then regretting having made it isn't a scam in his view but he allows that others might have a different point of view.
I'll suggest a couple of cases where people have posted exactly that type of situation where they clearly did think it should be put in the scam "bucket". Bait-n-switch cases where the guy takes the ad pick at face value and then gets upset when the actual woman is someone else. Another has been (a bit rare but) all seems good, guy shows up for the appointment and the woman then tells him "no sex" (or only for some additional fee) because, as the ad says, the money is only for her time. I think one guy claimed the girl just sat in a chair and didn't even talk with him the entire time he was there. Another, rob cases, you show up and rather than the girl (or rather then just the girl) some big thug is there to take you money, CC, car keys perhaps.... I can see people calling those scams where as one goes from the first (bait-n-switch) to the last (rob) you find an increasing number of people thinking it a scam case. I'm pretty sure people have some buyers remorse or regret having made the appointment.
Scam bucket:
1. Deposits
2. Bait and Switch
3. "no sex", just talk
4. Straight up robbery

That isn't remotely the same as "they all are scammers"
This is a problem with people, including providers, who desperately try to disassociate deposits from fraud.
Because so many people get scammed via deposits, the association will always be there. Just like if a neighborhood got bad rep as dangerous (ie cab drivers won't take fares there etc) , as long as you live there its not gonna disassociate from that.
And for the risk averse it's best to not go through that hood.
Another analogy is crypto space. Along of hundreds of rug pull scams there might be a legit project or two. Again, anyone who is legit may jump around and scream "I'm legit" as much as they want but the sentiment on the whole will remain.
Clients need to stop reaching out to providers with no intention of ever meeting.
