Happened to me. Send them an email and they will fix it [email protected].

I posted this on the General Board but will do so here as well in case anyone has been PMing me. I have two in my box. While checking out some reviews this morning I suddenly lost my VIP status...reverted to basic membership.  I know I had well over 70 days left and have no idea what has happen.  I sent an emaim to support a couple hours ago but have not heard anything. If they are contacting me via PMs it will be of no help since I can not access my mail without my VIP.   Has this ever happened to any of you?

You definitely made me check my Account Manager.

This is costing me.....could not have happen at a worst time.
