I should steer clear from, could you please PM me? I've been thinking of venturing towards a few agency ladies but i would like to avoid trouble. Only if you have facts though, not just speculation. I travel to both Baltimore and to DC. I try to steer clear of MoCo and Nova.

Stay away from agencies that fly girls in from all over the U.S. every week and that keep them in the same location all week. Its really common sense but I understand that all the blood rushes to your boner and its hard to think sometimes : )
Agencies like this make it relatively easy for LE to get warrants and so forth for human trafficing cases AND they know they're making a hell of a lot of money.
Stick to agencies that work with local girls, girls that have been with them a while and that dont have a high turn over rate.
Some of the local agencies have girls who go home after 2 days because they're "burnt out" thats craziness. If the agency owner cared they would limit the amount of work they give these girls

Good luck! Theres only 1 agency in the area who practices integrity and SMART business choices IMO

I have used them in the past, but recently heard from a credible source that DMVIndys may be under investigation. They fit the criteria above of flying girls in as well. I will be steering clear for a while.

If you want "facts not speculation," you're asking the wrong crowd.  Unless you consider a PM, email, or post from someone you don't know filled with unverified and unverifiable information to be "factual".

DMV Indys (which I guess used to be Prime DC) used to be a very good service. The lady running it could be kind of rude sometimes, but the gals are always quality. Or used to be at least.

Did not know they flew in special girls, thought they were all local and just worked one week on, two off or something similar. I know Alice the Red Head is never around when I want her.
Was not aware they were being investigated. Kind of a shame. I wanted to believe the cops left them alone cuz they were putting girls on the street late at night.
Are they being made an example by a politician who want to appear "tough on crime"?
