Coming to DC for first time... Staying with wife's friend near Logan Cir NW area...  I'm a avid hobby photographer looking for recommendations....  Love night shoots with building and lights...  Areas to see and avoid.

Washington Monument and Jefferson Memorial are beautiful at night.  Just get there before they turn off the lights at night.
