With FOSTA-SESTA the rules of the game have fundamentally changed and uncertainty has cast a shadow over everything. Lots of people have opinions about how to beat the system but no one wants to be the first test-case as to how the new laws will be applied. As a result, long-time players like TER and P411 have retreated into a protective shell and, if nothing changes, they'll continue to decline until they cease to exist. Most new players, like Slixa, are not very good and seem to be primarily set up to extract money from providers without giving much back in terms of advertising value. The best providers and most knowledgeable clients should be fine but others (on both sides) will continue to struggle.

with screening nor my amount of appts have declined. In fact... clients are more respectful on screening and follow instructions easy because they know is for the safety of both of us. Good thing people read me before, saw my reviews and I have stablished name.  
But yes, for new girls can be hard.
