I live Washington, DC near Dupont Circle and have absolutely no escort experience whatsoever.  In my attempts so far to arrange a meeting it seems everyone wants a reference.  

Do any of you know good providers that accept first timers that also have reviews here on TER?

You may want to try the agencies first. My first 2 experiences were through agencies and they didn't ask for references.

I'm not a local, but I get to DC every few months on business and the last time I was there in April I saw Angelina with no references and she is smokin' hot and she has TER reviews.

I too was somehwat newer when visiting DC. I too was accepted by Hot Angelina. There was a problem though. She turned me every which way but loose.

So, give her a call and just make sure you take your vitamins and eat your wheaties beforehand. LOL
