I have had bad luck with providers before 10a. Alexandria isn't really a hot spot either, so majority are outcall for around here, crystal city you'll have a bit more luck. But then you're combatting the early morning thing. You may be better off exploring the sugar baby world. I've had way better luck around Alexandria/Arlington areas. Good luck

For a couple of months (through March unless occasionally touring) I will locally have Friday mornings available (of course deets would need to get worked out at least the day before though). I'm normally up and going 5:30/6am anyhow .
I tend to prefer the Old Town area of Alexandria or the Crystal City nook of Arlington as well .
