I want this one to be real...but no reviews elsewhere (even on the ones that would be easy to post fakes), 20% deposit. Reverse # search says "Li Fan" owns it. No other contact info, website, X. Even if she's real I'm not doing deposits with an unknown. You could call/text to probe if compelled. Hard pass for me.
