If so why? Crystal had/has so many great reviews. I mean I can understand it if she had moved to a different agency, but what would be the reason for changing names within the same agency?

I read these post sometimes and Im thinking HELLO! Obviously there is a good reason. Did you try asking the agency?
Maybe she had a stalker/angry or abusive client.
Looks like she'll have to change it again

It could also be something harmless like to many girls with the same name in the area which can cause confusion
