Do such providers exist? I'd imagine if someone has a legit practice going (albeit small), they won't be in the shadow business.  

I've been prescribed therapy on the shoulder by the doc (not serious stuff, but I'll use it as an excuse to get a massage), so if I can find a legit CMT provider, I'd rather go there than a clinic. Would love to swing that through the 'ol HSA...

Anyone know of any such ladies? Obviously, I'd like them to know what they were doing CMT-wise, and the rest is gravy.

Andrea Adams does CMT work and she is to be recommended very highly.

Jesse Yum Yum Nurus has CMT training and skills that are simply the best I've experienced in or out of the provider biz. However she may no longer be offering to do CMT work.
